EU Resuming Normal Relations and Aid with Abbas-Led Palestinian Authority

Following Hamas’s violent take over of the Gaza Strip, European Union Foreign Ministers announced on June 18th that the EU will be resuming normal relations with the Palestinian Authority immediately, effectively lifting the boycott and halt of aid transfers imposed after last years electoral victory of Hamas in the Palestinian election
